On any other circumstances, Alfonse would have been more than happy to visit Sapling Village. The small but busy village was his hometown, the place where he grew up and was most familiar with. The cause of his less than enthusiasm visit was that he, and his kecleon partner and protégé Monique was strictly on Rescuer business. “Well, that certainly takes the fun out of things” the smeargle groaned. Monique however has the opposite reaction; she was quite excited to travel but then again she was often excited about anything, you would have believed she going to a long distant land from the way she blabbering on and on

Move 1: Petal Dance- A powerful move with masked strength due to the seemingly gentle flower petals it creates. Alfonse's "paint" manifests itself into flowing pink flower petals that twirl around him and then strikes at the opponent. Normally this move will confuse the user but because Alfonse is a smeargle he is able to use it without the nasty side effect.
Move 2: Energy Ball- Alfonse's paint glows a bright
